Instead of relying on heavier facial oils commonly found in tallow skincare, Unblemished combines grass-fed beef tallow with organic squalane, organic rosehip oil and organic helichrysum essential oil to deeply nourish the skin while maintaining a lighter feel.
Yes. Unblemished was specifically formulated for acne-prone and oily skin. We chose squalane and rosehip oil because they are lightweight facial oils that work beautifully in a face cream without leaving the skin feeling overly heavy or greasy.
Only a small amount is needed, making Unblemished a great option for those who want the nourishing benefits of tallow without the feel of a traditional heavy balm.
Many tallow face creams are made with jojoba oil, but we intentionally chose organic squalane for Unblemished.
Squalane and rosehip are extremely lightweight and closely mimic components naturally found in the skin's own sebum. They help soften the skin, support the skin barrier and reduce moisture loss without leaving a heavy or oily residue.
This makes it especially well suited to oily, combination and acne-prone skin.
